Velocity Prop operates as a proprietary trading firm providing capital access through our Instant Funding Model. All services offered by Velocity Prop, including the Master and Pro accounts, are strictly educational and informational in nature, providing an assessment of trading skills within a simulated or real market environment, depending on the account phase.
Risk Warning: Trading in financial markets, particularly Forex, Indices, Crypto, and Commodities, carries a high level of risk. The funds provided by Velocity Prop are not the personal funds of the customer. Customers should be aware that the capital provided is subject to significant market risk, and any losses incurred beyond the defined Drawdown Limits will result in the termination of the trading account. Trading results, past or implied, are not indicative of future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Non-Brokerage Relationship
Velocity Prop is not a financial institution, bank, investment advisor, or brokerage firm. We do not accept deposits, nor do we provide investment advice, financial services, or brokerage services. The capital we provide is managed under our own proprietary risk management parameters. The user acts solely as an independent contractor or simulated trader, utilizing our proprietary funds under strict adherence to our rules.
Jurisdiction and Legal Authority
Velocity Prop is a private contractual firm. By engaging with our services, the trader agrees that any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the service, the trading rules, or this agreement shall be subject to mandatory and binding arbitration in the designated jurisdiction of Velocity Prop.
The trader expressly waives the right to initiate any legal action or proceeding in any jurisdiction other than the one designated by Velocity Prop. This provision is crucial for the stability and operation of our funding model and is considered a material condition of receiving capital access. We reserve the right to close any account where a trader attempts to challenge our terms in a non-designated jurisdiction.
AI, EAs, and Future Products
Velocity Prop is actively involved in AI advancement and the development of Expert Advisors (EAs). While we permit the use of EAs that comply with our trading rules, we accept no liability for the performance or financial outcomes resulting from the use of third-party EAs or any future proprietary tools launched by the company. All new products will be accompanied by their own specific terms and conditions.
