Refund Policy

Velocity Prop may offer various products, services, subscriptions, or specialized access through its website at a cost. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. These purchases may be facilitated directly through our website or via an approved partner.

Upon the successful purchase of any product, service, or access, the item will be made available to you immediately following the approved transaction.

All Services are Final and Non-Refundable. The fee paid grants you access to an attempt within our Instant Funding Model or other services. Since the service is rendered instantaneously upon purchase (i.e., providing you with access to the trading platform and evaluation service), there are no refunds. All transactions processed by Velocity Prop are final.

Dispute Policy

Clients who improperly dispute charges or initiate chargebacks with their financial institution will be subject to immediate and permanent banning from the Velocity Prop Platform. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a charge, please contact our community support team directly before attempting a chargeback.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is the client's responsibility to review and understand this Refund and Dispute Policy thoroughly. By placing an order for any of our services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with Velocity Prop.
